K-5 Math and Economics Connections is designed to give teachers the tools necessary to teach math and economic concepts at the same time. Participants will receive either K thru 2 Can Do! Math and Economics or Mathematics and Economics: Connections for Life 3-5. Each guide is correlated to national and state frameworks in Mathematics and Economics. Lessons are standards-based and provide opportunities for learning through hands-on, student-friendly activities. As a bonus, participants will also receive a Focus Grades K-2 Economics or Focus Grades 3-5 Economics guide that introduces basic economic concepts in age-appropriate, interactive lessons.
