The Arkansas Personal Finance Challenge is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge of personal finance by competing with other students across the state.
The purpose of the Arkansas Personal Finance Challenge is to honor teachers and students in grades 9-12 who have demonstrated excellence in mastery of personal finance skills. The intent is to encourage high standards for achievement and to provide support and encouragement to school systems, teachers and students for their accomplishments.
The competition will be for teacher-sponsored teams of four students. Teachers may enter any number of teams per school in the free, online competition.

- Top two teams from each of six regions will advance to State finals.
The onsite state competition will be in Quiz-Bowl format with verbal responses to questions. Every student and advisor in the top twelve teams invited to the State Finals will receive lunch, a t-shirt and a certificate of participation. In addition, the top three finishing teams will receive cash awards and school trophies.
